Hot water recirculation systems are commonplace installations in high-rise buildings, hotels, apartments and other tall or long structures. Traditional Recirculation System
Viega makes installing a traditional recirculation system easy with our superior press technology. Recirculation loops can be installed efficiently and securely while maintaining functionality and professional appearance.

 

Viega Smartloop Internal Recirculation System
Viega’s proprietary SmartLoop system circulates hot water within copper lines through a 3/8" PEX line. By internalizing the return line, Viega’s SmartLoop system keeps the water hotter longer, which means wait time at the faucet and energy levels for heating are drastically reduced in comparison to a hot water system with no recirculation system. Compared to conventional recirculation systems, Viega SmartLoop reduces space requirements, material costs, labor costs, fire caulking and insulation.
